ShockUp LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy covers our website, shockup.org, and the ShockUp iOS app. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
Information We Collect
- Order information: your name, email address, shipping address, and order details when you buy from our website. Checkout and payment are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number; Stripe handles it directly.
- Contact information: your email address and the contents of your message, if you email us
- Usage information: how you use our website, such as the pages you visit and the buttons you click, along with basic device and browser information. We collect this with PostHog analytics to help us improve the site.
- App account information: if you create an account in the ShockUp iOS app, your email address and, if you sign in with Apple or Google, the basic profile information they share with us, such as your name. Our website does not have user accounts.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, fulfill, and ship your order
- To respond to your messages and communicate with you about your order or app account
- To provide and secure your ShockUp app account
- To improve ShockUp's product, app, and website
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
Third-Party Services
We use trusted services to operate ShockUp:
- Stripe for checkout and payment processing (Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data)
- PostHog for website analytics, which uses cookies and similar browser storage
- Vercel to host our website
- Firebase Authentication (Google) for signing in to the ShockUp app, including Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In
Children's Privacy
ShockUp is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we've collected such information, we'll delete it.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, including your ShockUp app account, at any time by contacting us at shockup2026@gmail.com. Upon a verified request, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we're required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, such as order records needed for accounting.

We may update this policy as ShockUp grows. We'll update the "last updated" date above when changes are made.
