ShockUp LLC sells the ShockUp Band ONE, a wearable device designed to help confirm wakefulness by detecting movement after an alarm is dismissed. ShockUp is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. Shipping is a flat $7 fee, added at checkout.
Shipping
Orders ship within a few business days of purchase. Shipping timelines may vary.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, email shockup2026@gmail.com and we'll provide a return shipping label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received.
Limitation of Liability
ShockUp LLC provides a mild vibration intended for personal comfort and habit support. It is not a substitute for medical advice. Use at your own discretion and discontinue use if uncomfortable.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ShockUp LLC, its officers, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of the product, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
